A luxury resort that had to sell a vision before the property existed.

Sunseeker Resort is a luxury waterfront destination in Charlotte Harbor, Florida encompassing fifteen restaurants and bars, championship golf, rooftop and ground-level pools, a full-service spa, and 60,000 square feet of event space. The identity was developed during the resort's pre-opening phase, when the brand had to sell a vision for a property that did not yet exist. The Gulf Coast hospitality market skews casual, but Sunseeker's ambition was elevated -- waterfront sophistication without the formality of a traditional luxury resort. The identity splits that difference with a monogram built from fluid, wave-inspired forms and a color system anchored in sage and sea glass greens drawn from Charlotte Harbor's natural shoreline.

THE IDEA

Selling Before the Doors Open

Every brand touchpoint -- from investor materials to future guest communications -- needed to establish Sunseeker as a refined destination before a single guest arrived. The identity had to project permanence and quality for a property that existed only on paper, making the brand the first real thing prospects could experience.

Coastal Without the Cliches

The mark draws from the interplay of sun, sea, and horizon without resorting to literal nautical imagery. The "S" monogram uses fluid forms that feel coastal and contemporary, paired with a refined serif and clean sans-serif that carry the same tension between polish and ease that defines the resort experience.

From Amenity Tray to Social Feed

The identity system was built to work across the full spectrum of resort applications -- guest amenity packaging, environmental signage, digital presence, and collateral. Whether embossed on a spa product or rendered on a social media post, the brand reads consistently without losing its warmth.
